Nathan Kwan grew up in Sugar Land, TX as an avid Houston-area sports fan. He was hooked onto the Houston Rockets starting in 2003, and grew up watching Yao Ming and Tracy McGrady perennially fall short of achieving playoff success.  He also caught the tail end of the Killer B’s careers for the Astros and reminisces about the 2005 team that made it to the World Series. As far as the Texans, he just hopes they find a good quarterback sometime before he dies. He has written a personal sports blog called The Sports Scene since 2006. He attended and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin as a chemical engineer in 2015.

Nathan Simmons is a diehard fan of everything related to Dallas sports: Mavericks, Stars, Rangers, FC Dallas, and, of course and most tragically, Cowboys. He also studied engineering at the University of Texas when he wasn’t busy wallowing in self-loathing over the football/basketball/baseball teams (or celebrating the success of the volleyball team). He has written for the Texas Travesty, Vector, and the Dallas Morning News.
